Uphill towards the Heath and Roehampton they sit in larger Edwardian houses where space is less of a constraint than the original plumbing layout.
In the blocks, logistics are the project risk. Skips are rarely possible, deliveries need booking, lifts need protecting and working hours are often restricted by the building. We agree all of that before starting, which is why our schedules in SW15 hold rather than slipping by a week.

Only if the flow supports it. On upper floors it often does not without help, and we measure first so you are not disappointed by a beautiful shower that dribbles.

Removed by van in stages, which is standard for us in SW15. It is planned into the schedule, not improvised.
