That is the first thing we check. Two showers running together usually needs a system boiler and an unvented cylinder rather than a larger combi, and it is much cheaper to plan it in than to retrofit afterwards.

Frequently, yes. The deciding factor is where the waste can run. We survey that before anyone draws a layout, and we will tell you if a pump is the only honest route.
